Primary focus: Sarasota, Bradenton, Palmetto and Punta Gorda, Florida. We also manage inventory in Nassau (Palm Cay) and have a listing in Livorno, Italy.
Do tenants get a real online portal?
Yes. Tenants use our Innago portal for login, payments, and service requests — plus handbooks in English, Spanish and Portuguese on this site.
What types of properties do you handle?
Vacation / short-term, long-term residential, commercial suites (including 41 Plaza in Sarasota), and select marina / specialty assets shown in the portfolio.
How do I get a management proposal?
Call (941) 286-0960 or use the contact form and choose “I own a property — management proposal.” We do not publish fixed fee tables online; proposals are property-specific.
