1. Program

Program name: Forever Realty Investments property-management texts. FOREVER REALTY INVESTMENTS LLC, 6621 19th Street East, Sarasota, FL 34243, sends text messages to tenants, owners, staff and contractors who opt in, about rent, maintenance, scheduling and staff/contractor coordination.

2. How to opt in

You opt in by checking the optional text-message box on a form on this website (for example the service request form), or by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts. The box is never checked for you.

3. Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

4. Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (941) 286-0960 or contact@foreverealty.com.

5. Consent is optional

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of tenancy or employment, or of any purchase or service.

6. Privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
